Is this the greatest offensive foul ever?

If this isn't the best offensive foul ever, it is at least the best one I can think of.  If there has ever been an excusable offensive foul it is this one.  I mean when you have the chance to knock over a 7 footer by slamming your nutsack into their face you just have to do it.
