Taiwan Breaks Down the NBA Lockout

God bless the people of Taiwan (yes, I assume the entire country made this video) and their amazing informational videos.  I thought I had a pretty good grasp on what was going on with the NBA lockout, but this video really helped me understand some crucial aspects of what is really going on.  Here are the most important things I learned from this video that I didn’t already know about the lockout.

  • Derrick Fisher and David Stern played a one on one basketball game to see if there would be a lockout, and everything looked good until Stern illegally goal tended Fisher’s last shot and now we have lockout.
  • The Detroit Pistons are dead.
  • David Stern got married to an exec at Time Warner cable.
  • David Stern supports gay marriage.
  • David Stern is gay (not that there is anything wrong with that)
  • Lebron James got dunked on by a Taiwanese basketball player.  WAIT, THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED…

  • The people of Taiwan love the lockout.
  • Panda bears are huge basketball fans, but don’t like Lebron, making them pretty normal basketball fans.
In all seriousness, the NBA needs to get this lockout stuff fixed and fast.  The NBA had one of its most successful years ever last year and they are gonna throw it all away because of stubbornness.  Any money either sides “wins” now, they will end up losing in the long run if they miss a whole season and lose fans.  Also, I really, really, really don't want to lose a year of D-Rose.
